Primeira Faculdade de Direito no mundo

 

     Durante a faculdade através da matéria História de Direito  , estudamos que a área jurídica   é  originária  do Direito Romano . Sou Bacharel em Direito ,formada pela Universidade Candido de Mendes de Ipanema (UCAM) , no Rio de Janeiro- Brasil  .

Através de pesquisas elaborei análises sobre a faculdade de Direito mais antiga do mundo ,

 Sempre foi uma conversa entre os colegas do "Ramo Jurídico" "Os causídicos" . Aproveitei para fazer

 esta matéria para relatar sobre esse assunto. 
    A Primeira Universidade de Direito no mundo foi fundada no Século III D.C. ,  na época em Berilos , atual cidade de Beirute pelos Romanos por Septímio Severo a " Escola de Leis",  conhecida como "Escola de Direito Béryte". Sobrepujou  como a Escola de Direito mais importante do mundo ,  inclusive muitas pessoas vinham de todos os lugares do mundo para estudar neste local. As Jurisprudências já eram muito utilizadas nesta época como embasamento jurídico. Era considerada a mais influente do que a Constantinopla de Alexandria e a de Atenas. Apenas era equiparada a de Roma. Existem relatos que a localização da Escola de Direito era próximo a Igreja Ressurreição- Anastasia , porém ,  foi destruída pelo tempo e os fortes terremotos no ano de
362 D.C. 

Chegamos a conclusão que o atual País Líbano ,  na época sobre " domínio Romano " foi  " peça fundamental " de referência para nós do " Ramo Jurídico " . Sendo mais um ponto importante para o País do Cedros ,  no nossa formação acadêmica . 🇱🇧

During college, through the subject History of Law, we studied that the legal area originates from Roman Law. I am Bachelor of Law, graduated from Candido de Mendes de Ipanema University (UCAM), in Rio de Janeiro- Brazil.
Through research I developed analyzes about the oldest law school in the world,
 It was always a conversation between colleagues at the
"Bramo Jurídico" , about the oldest University of Law in the world and I took the opportunity to do
 this matter to report on the first University of Law in the world.
    The First University of Law in the world was founded in the 3rd century AD. , at the time in Berilos , current city of Beirut by the Romans by Septimius Severus the " School of Laws ", known as " School of Law Béryte ". It stood out as the most important Law School in the world, even many people came from all over the world to study in this place. Jurisprudence was already widely used at this time as a legal basis. It was considered more influential than the Constantinople of Alexandria and that of Athens. It was only equal to that of Rome. There are reports that the location of the School of Law was close to the Resurrection-Anastasia Church, however, it was destroyed by time and the strong earthquakes in the year of
362 A.D.
We came to the conclusion that the current country of Lebanon, at the time under "Roman rule", was a "fundamental piece" of reference for us in the "Legal Branch". Being one more important point for the Country of Cedars, in our academic formation
