               Alaúde  É um instrumento musical com formato de pêra ou gota muito utilizado no Oriente Médio . A palavra é derivada do Árabe  al'ud, significa  "a madeira". O som é lindo e muito comum ver nas casas árabes. Alaúde or Lute It is a pear or drop shaped musical instrument widely used in the Middle East. The word is derived from the Arabic al'ud, meaning "the wood". The sound is beautiful and very common to see in Arab houses. 📽 By Saad Raad

      Estes  pães foram feitos por esta mulher do povoado de Ayzal, hoje bairro de Al-Diniyeh.  É um método milenar de assar o pão na lareira antiga do forno que é transmitida de geração para geração !     These breads were made by this woman from the village of Ayzal, now Al-Diniyeh district.        Arak  É uma bebida muito famosa no Oriente Médio. Os ingredientes possuem uvas ou tâmaras com infusão de anis, o teor alcoólico é de 45,9%. Geralmente é necessário misturar com água e não beber puro. Quando a coloração fica muito branca é chamado de " Leite de Camelo". Essa bebida possui mais de 1000 anos e foi inventada pelos Egipcios que eram grandes produres de anis. Arak It is a very famous drink in the Middle East. The ingredients have grapes or dates infused with anise, the alcohol content is 45.9%. It is usually necessary to mix it with water and not drink it straight.
